The day will begin at the Rijksmuseum, Holland’s answer to the Louvre, where you’ll plunge into Dutch history and art through the 8,000 pieces on display. Your guide will take you through iconic paintings from the likes of Rembrandt and Vermeer and more obscure pieces like the collection of 17th century dollhouses. By the end, we guarantee that you’ll have a more comprehensive understanding of Dutch art history, even if you still can’t say the name of the museum correctly!
After lunch, we’ll move the party outside and you’ll learn how a 12th century fishing village turned into one of the world’s most beloved cities. While the small group tour is expensive, Angelo made it well more than worthwhile. His base of knowledge in the art field was outstanding! He overextended himself by providing a great amount of background information, supported by extensive pictures on his iPad, about various artists and their individual works. He easily handled questions from several guests who had a great deal of knowledge about various art ages. artists and there relation with each other. We highly recomend this tour. Be prepared to be overwhelmed.

We had the most enjoyable tour with Tea! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and simplified the history by showing us key points on her iPad and reading excerpts from letters.
